Zante Zakynthos: Eurosky Car Rentals Terms.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS

1. AGE REQUIREMENT (FOR CAR):Minimum age required 23.
2. DRIVERS LICENCE (FOR CAR): A valid driver's licence held at least one year is required.
3. MINIMUM RENTAL: One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT: The estimated charge is payable in full at the beginning of the rental. All
credit cards, traveller's cheques, Eurocheques and foreign currency are accepted. Money can not be
returned.
5. TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violations of
the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are borne solely by the renter.
6. TAXES: All rates subject to 18% VAT.
7. GASOLINE: Gasoline comsumption is payable by the renter.
8. The Renter is responsible to return the motorbike in same good condition. The renter is responsible
for any personal injury.
9. The owner and establishment are not responsible for any personal injury.
10. The Renter is fully responsible for any theft or loss or damage of the Renter motorbike and will
be fully charged.
11. CAR INSURANCE: All authorised drivers are covered against fire, theft and liability to third parties for death, injury or damage to property. Damages to tyres and the underside of the car are not covered. The renter is responsible for the items accompanying the vehicle (spare tyre, radio, jack, tools, mirror, petrol cap).
12. The renter of the car is responsible for the first 300.00 euro of the damage. The renter can obtain full collision protection by purchasing Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) and pay the certain amount in advance.
Collision damages are not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Code.
13. The renter is obligated to inform our rental company in case of an accident at once. He has to
take care of the collection with documents of proof (documentary evidence) and probative evidence
in connection with the incident.
14. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN THE VEHICLE TO BE USED AS: a) Transportation for heavy items. b) Transportation
for more people beyond its licence. c) To hire out anything in addition, to tow or to take part in any car race (motor race). d) Transportation for inflammable materials, drugs and to commit illegal crimes.
15. The Renter is obligated to return the vehicle to the exact location and time according to the agreement between
both sides with the surcharge and the presence of an employee. The abandonment of the vehicle creates
responsibilities for the renter in case of any damage.
16. The company have the right to take the vehicle back at anytime, if the renter does not make good use of it. In this
case no refund will be given.
17. BABY SEATS: Available at extra charge of 3.00 euro per day.
18. DELIVERY-COLLECTION: There is no charge within business hours (7.30 to 21.30). Outside business
hours there is a charge of 15.00 euros.
19. RESERVATION: Accepted by telephone and at all EUROSKY branches or authorised agents. Tel(26950) 26278 - 53117 -23082.
20. FERRYING THE VEHICLE: An advance written authorisation from EUROSKY is required.
21. The vehicle is in an excellent mechanical condition which the renter has ascertained on collection.
22. IT IS SPECIFICALLY DECLARED TOWARDS THE RENTAL COMPANY AND MY PRESCENCE AS A HIRING DRIVER THAT I
AM WELL INFORMED OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND I ACCEPT THEM WITH AN UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE PROMISING
TO DO LOYAL OBSERVANCE OF THE RULES.
