'Villa Grades' consists of four 70 square metre apartments, that each one can sleep two to five guests.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and dining room. it has spacious verandas, exquisite furniture, air - conditioning, tv, double window - panes, well equipped kitchen and generally all the necessary things for a comfortable, peaceful and luxurious stay.

The apartments have a parking lot and outdoor barbecue in beautiful surroundings with a fabulous view of the blue Ionian Sea and Marathonisi islet.
