The house was finished in 2001 and contains two apartments, which are nearly 100m² big and furnished very generously, for four people and three studios for two people.

From May till October Petros and Katharina live on the ground floor.

The two apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-room with a kitchen unit (well-equipped with an oven, a fridge and a freezer), television, air conditioning and a spacious terrace around them.

In one the two apartments (luxury apartment) there is also a fireplace, a bar and generously furnished living and dining area.In the three studios there is a small kitchen unit with a fridge and two hotplates.There is also a very big terrace. Air conditioning and television will be added in 2004.
