Since 1998 Arginusa provides accommodation in Vassilikos , a small village on the southwest promontory of Zante. Our premises are situated in an area not more than 500 meters from Gerakas beach, in the middle of the National Marine Park of Zante.

Our premises consist of a model settlement, built in an area of 1 ½ acres. The houses follow local traditional patterns, constituting the ideal place for relaxing vacations in a natural environment.

Vassilikos is a thickly wooded and planted place, certified as an area of particular natural beauty. It combines vast olive plantations, pine and cypress woods with extended sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.

Every building has been constructed along the lines of the local traditional architecture and has been tastefully and ardently decorated, so as to make you feel like home.

A few minutes walk from the houses is Gerakas beach along with the homonymous cape. The trade name of our firm is nothing more than the name the cape used to bear in antiquity.
If you are in a mood of walking and you don't want to use any means of transport, there are plenty of small taverns, serving local delicacies, groceries to cover all your everyday needs, coffee bars and steak houses in walking distances from the houses.

There is a choice between three different types of accommodation:
studios [there are two of them, one next to the other], maisonettes [there are also two buildings of that type, the one next to the other] and independent houses [each of them built separately]. All the above are fully furnished and dispose of fully equipped kitchens.

There is a cleaning service, on a daily basis, while bed sheets and towels are being replaced twice a week.
The houses are surrounded by green-clad gardens, away from traffic and passing cars, which makes them ideal for children. Every building disposes of a large shaded verandahs, the perfect place for relaxing.

And, of course, you can bring your pet with you.

The distance from Arginusa Holiday Houses to the capital town and harbor of the island amounts to 15 kilometers, while the distance to the international airport of Zante is about 17 kilometers.

Moreover, there are a lot of activities conducted in the area, like diving and aquatic sports, on Saint Nicolas beach, at a distance of 1 ½ kilometer from the houses. If you prefer a tour in the Gulf of Lagana, you can take the boat from Porto Roma, a lovely strand with a small mooring place 1 kilometer away.
On the other hand, if you are a horse lover, you may take a ride in the Logotheti estate, at a distance of about 800 metres.
